Smarter Working West Midlands is a programme funded by the Regional Development Agency, Advantage West Midlands (AWM) and managed by Coventry University Enterprises Ltd (CUE Ltd).

Project aims include:

• Promote the benefit of smarter working within the public and private sector
• Deliver smarter working seminars, events and workshops
• Support West Midlands organisations in the adoption of smarter working practices and procedures
• Deliver specific services which enable organisations to monitor and evaluate their reduction in C02 emissions as a result of adopting smarter working processes.

The overarching aim of the smarter working project in the West Midlands is to raise the productivity of organisations while reducing carbon emissions, through the collection of measures and initiatives which aim to change the way organisations operate.
